Learning about money

I attend the Ladies of Leadership program. 

I learned about budgeting and how to prioritize the way I spend my money. 

It taught me about the differences between accounts. It got me thinking about how I manage the cash that I get.  I also remembered my mom talking about the cash envelope system. I decided to create my own budget binder so I can keep up with my money. 

This allows me to only use the money that I have on hand. When I get my allowance I split it up into the different categories. When I make money from the business I have to put some back into the business, pay my help and pay myself. What is left after that goes to my savings. 

I have learned its hard to stick to a budget. My hope is that it will get easier to stick to the more I am consistent.
